Inspired by a fresh Minnesota Spring, these watercolor illustrations  push the viewer to notice the little moments that make living in the Midwest so beautiful. Each artwork is inspired by direct and careful observation of local spring plants and landscapes. The changing of the seasons is something which happens every year, but it never ceases to amaze me when trees start to bud out again after a cold and bitter winter. In my watercolors, I hope to capture the preciousness of these moments of new growth and rejuvenation.
